Comfortable and Good quality chair
I have a remote job and work appropriately 8 plus hours on weekdays, so I was in seach for a comfortable ergonomic chair for the daily use. I came across this while searching online and it's design got my attention. The seat cushion is so comfortable and at a same time medium firm, I can enjoy sitting on it for hours. AETHER has a visually lighter mid-back design, adjustable lumbar support, 4D armrests and a suspension-style seat, making it suitable for users who prefer a less bulky chair without a headrest.
AERIX is the best option for users who prioritise reclining and relaxation, with a 100°–135° recline range and a retractable footrest. Please note that AERIX is currently available for delivery within Germany only.

Which countries do you deliver to, and how long does delivery take?
COLAMY EU ships from its local warehouse in Duisburg, Germany, to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is:
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- Most other listed EU countries: 4–11 business days
- Greece: 4–9 business days
Shipping is free to Germany and most listed EU destinations. Deliveries to Greece are charged by shipment weight and number of boxes. VAT and applicable import taxes are covered by COLAMY EU, so no additional import charges should be collected at delivery. AERIX is currently restricted to delivery addresses in Germany.
What happens if the chair is not right for me?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The chair must be in like-new condition, with no missing parts, stains, scratches or modifications, and should be fully disassembled and returned in its original packaging.
For a change-of-mind return or another non-quality-related reason, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. If the product arrives damaged, please contact COLAMY within three days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label. COLAMY covers the return shipping cost for confirmed damaged items.
Items marked Clearance or Final Sale are excluded from the standard return programme.
What warranty protection is included?
Each chair includes a model-specific commercial warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The applicable warranty period is displayed on the individual product page.
To make a claim, contact hello@colamyhome.com with your order number, proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper assembly and commercial use are generally not covered.
This commercial warranty is separate from, and does not reduce, the minimum legal guarantee rights available to EU consumers for faulty or non-conforming goods.
