1. Where are COLAMY products shipped?

COLAMY EU ships orders from our local warehouse in Duisburg, Germany. We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Please note: We do not ship to Ceuta, Las Palmas, or Santa Cruz de Tenerife in Spain, or to APO/FPO military addresses.


2. When will my order be shipped if I pay with a PayPal eCheck?

COLAMY can only arrange shipment after the eCheck has cleared, which can take up to 3–6 business days. Please contact PayPal to determine when your payment will clear.


3. Why did my order arrive in multiple boxes or from multiple carriers?

Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes or via multiple carriers due to order size or product storage location. Large orders are often split for more efficient delivery, and some products may ship from different warehouses.


4. Where is my order?

Order fulfillment takes around 1–2 business days before shipment via DHL or GLS. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • EU Countries (excl. Germany & Greece): 4–11 business days
  • Greece: 4–9 business days

For pre-sale orders, please refer to the estimated dispatch date on the product page. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to unforeseen circumstances.


5. Can I track my shipment?

Yes! You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account. Track your order here: https://colamyhome.eu/apps/17TRACK

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@colamyhome.com with your order number.


6. Why is my tracking number not working?

Your tracking number may not be active yet if your shipment has not been picked up or scanned by the carrier. Please allow 1–2 business days after receiving your tracking number before checking its status.


7. How was an item on my order canceled, and will I be charged?

Occasionally we may need to cancel an item due to inventory shortages. You will receive a separate email notification, and you will not be charged for the canceled item.


8. How can I get a refund or exchange my product?

9. Where can I find the product dimensions?

Product dimensions can be found on the individual product page.


10. Does my product come fully assembled?

No, products arrive with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and can typically be assembled within minutes. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@colamyhome.com.


11. How do I care for my COLAMY chair?

COLAMY chairs are designed for durability. For surface stains, apply a small amount of cleaning agent to a soft cloth and gently rub until the stain dissolves. Avoid abrasive materials.


12. How do I apply a coupon code?

At checkout, locate the "Use a Coupon Code" option in the order summary section. Enter your coupon code and click "Apply" to redeem it before completing your order.


13. Do I need to pay extra fees when I buy COLAMY products?

It depends on your payment method. If you are paying with an international bank card, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign currency conversion fees. These charges are not shown on your order and are beyond COLAMY's control. Please contact your bank or card issuer for more information regarding these fees.


14. What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, please place a new order. We are unable to reinstate a declined order. Before reordering, please check:

  1. Your contact and shipping information is correct
  2. Your card details (card number, expiry date, billing address) are accurate
  3. Your CVV/security code (3-digit number on the back of your card) is correct
  4. Your card issuer has not blocked the transaction — contact your bank if needed

If the issue persists, try using a different card or payment method.


15. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. COLAMY takes all necessary security measures to protect your personal and payment information. We do not share your data with any third parties.
